I just finished a call with [customer name]. Here are my notes: [paste call notes]. Using these notes and our recent email thread, draft three things. First, a follow-up email to the attendees that thanks them, recaps what we agreed, lists next steps with owners and dates. Save it as a draft in the thread; don't send it. Second, CRM notes I can paste into my CRM: summary, decision makers, pain points, objections, budget or timeline signals, and next step. Third, a short list of my own to-dos from the call with due dates. Only use what's in my notes and the email thread. If something is unclear or missing, such as a date or who owns a step, ask me instead of guessing. Put the CRM notes and to-dos in your reply here.
Paste it into your dot's conversation in ChatGPT. Edit anything in [brackets] first.
How it works
- Connect your email through Plugins so your dot can read the thread and save a draft.
- In Settings > Personalization > Custom rules, set sending email to Ask before taking action.
- Right after the call, fill in the customer name and paste your notes into the prompt. Rough notes are fine.
- Review the draft in your email, fix anything it got wrong, and send it yourself. Paste the CRM notes into your CRM.
If the call changes the deal terms, keep a sales proposal current.
