Every Sunday through Thursday at 5 PM Eastern for the next four weeks, check tomorrow's calendar for meetings with people outside [my company domain]. For each company, write a short account brief: what they do, size and recent news from public sources, who is attending and their roles if public, and a summary of our past email with them, including anything promised or still open. End each brief with three questions I could ask. Use only public websites and my email. Don't contact anyone, connect on any network, fill in forms or sign up for anything. Send all briefs in one message in ChatGPT, one section per meeting. If there are no external meetings tomorrow, say so in one line. Confirm the schedule.
Paste it into your dot's conversation in ChatGPT. Edit anything in [brackets] first.
How it works
- Connect your calendar and email through Plugins. Reading is enough.
- Replace [my company domain] with your work email domain so your dot can tell internal meetings from external ones.
- Change the days, time and time zone, then paste the prompt. Your dot should confirm the schedule.
- Treat public facts in the brief as leads to check, not certainties, before you repeat them on a call.
After the call, turn your notes into a follow-up with account follow-up drafts.
