Each time I share an interview recording or transcript, prepare a content kit from it. Include the five strongest quotes, with timestamps if the transcript has them; a 150-word summary; three post ideas with a draft for each; a short newsletter blurb; and a list of claims I should fact-check before publishing. Keep quotes word for word and mark anything you paraphrased. Save the kit as a document in the Google Drive folder I name and link it here. Don't publish, schedule or post anything, and don't contact the guest; draft any message to them for my review.
Paste it into your dot's conversation in ChatGPT. Edit anything in [brackets] first.
How it works
- Connect Google Drive and create a folder for the kits. Name it in the prompt.
- Paste the prompt once. After that, share each new interview in the same conversation with the + button or a Drive link.
- Your dot saves one kit per interview and links it back to you. Check the quotes against the recording before anything goes out.
- Tell your dot what to change (“shorter posts”, “skip the newsletter blurb”) and it applies that to later kits.
