Keep our launch materials aligned with the product. The source of truth is the product spec and release notes in the Google Drive folder I share. Compare the landing page copy, FAQ, sales one-pager and help article drafts against it. List every mismatch in a table: document, the line that's wrong, what the spec says now, and a suggested fix. When I tell you the spec has changed, check again and report only what's new. Suggest edits, but don't change shared documents, publish pages or message the team. Tell me when a mismatch needs a product decision rather than a copy fix.
Paste it into your dot's conversation in ChatGPT. Edit anything in [brackets] first.
How it works
- Put the spec and release notes in one Google Drive folder and share it, along with the launch drafts.
- Paste the prompt. Your dot returns one table of mismatches, each with the spec line it relies on.
- Apply the fixes you agree with yourself. Items marked as product decisions go to whoever owns the spec.
- When the spec changes, tell your dot. It re-checks and reports only the new gaps.
OpenAI’s docs give a related example of proactive research: your dot “might flag that a release decision conflicts with a draft you shared last week.”
