Every Monday at 11 AM Central for the next eight weeks, open the newest analytics export in the Google Drive folder [folder name]. I add one each Monday morning. Compare it with the previous week's export in the same folder. In one message in ChatGPT, give me: total visits and the change from last week, the five pages that gained the most, the five pages that dropped the most with the size of each drop, and a separate warning for any page that fell by more than 30%. Use the numbers exactly as they appear in the files and name the two files you compared. If the columns don't match last week's, tell me instead of guessing. Don't edit, move or delete any file. If there is no new export this week, say so in one line and don't reuse old numbers. Confirm the schedule.
Paste it into your dot's conversation in ChatGPT. Edit anything in [brackets] first.
How it works
- Connect Google Drive through Plugins and make one folder for the exports. Export the same report in the same format each week so the comparison lines up.
- Replace the folder name, set the time a few hours after you usually drop the file, change the time zone to yours, and paste. Your dot should confirm the schedule back to you.
- The summary arrives in ChatGPT each Monday. Ask follow-up questions in the same conversation, such as why a page dropped or which source sent the extra visits.
- Skipped a week? The prompt tells your dot to say so instead of reporting last week’s numbers again.
- The prompt ends after eight weeks. OpenAI recommends giving recurring work an end date, and it’s a good point to decide which numbers you still want.
