For the work you're keeping track of for me, sort your updates by where they go. Keep routine progress in ChatGPT: what you checked, what changed and what's done. Bring decisions to me in Slack as a direct message: anything where a deadline is at risk, a cost goes up, two sources disagree, or you need my approval. In each Slack message, say what changed, why it needs my attention, the options, and when you need an answer. Don't post in shared channels or message anyone else. If you're not sure which kind an update is, treat it as a decision.
Paste it into your dot's conversation in ChatGPT. Edit anything in [brackets] first.
How it works
Connect Slack from the desktop app so you can DM your dot there.
Paste the prompt in ChatGPT. It applies to the work your dot is already tracking for you.
You reach the same dot in ChatGPT and Slack, and switching doesn’t reset its memory. Reply to a decision in Slack and your dot continues from there.
Adjust the list of what counts as a decision as you go. Use Teams instead of Slack if that’s where you work.
