Prompt
Keep our study up to date as results arrive. The study draft and the results folder are in Google Drive. When I share new results or tell you they've landed, update the results tables and figures in a working copy of the draft, rerun the summary statistics described in the methods section, and write a short note on what changed and whether it strengthens or weakens each finding. Mark every number you changed. Flag outliers, missing data or anything that doesn't match the methods instead of fixing it quietly. Don't overwrite the original draft, delete data files or share the study with anyone.

Paste it into your dot's conversation in ChatGPT. Edit anything in [brackets] first.

How it works

  1. Connect Google Drive and share the study draft and the results folder.
  2. Paste the prompt. Each time results come in, share them or tell your dot where they are.
  3. Your dot updates a working copy, reruns the summary numbers and writes a change note. Every changed number is marked, so you can check each one against the data.
  4. Flags come back as questions for you. Decide how to handle an outlier yourself, then tell your dot.

Your dot can make mistakes. Check its numbers before they go into anything you publish or submit.
